Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 c. regular raw rice
    1/2 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1/2 soup can water
Preparation
    Prepare chicken of your choice. Season with salt and pepper. Roll in flour, then dip into an egg beaten with 2 tablespoons water. Roll in Italian bread crumbs and fry in oil until golden brown. Remove and place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
