Casserole Of Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook carrots and onion in small amount of water until just tender, about 8 minutes.
    Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain vegetables.
    Make cheese sauce (like a white sauce).
    Place 1/2 the spinach in ungreased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Cover with 1/2 carrot and onions.
    Top with 1/2 the cheese sauce.
    Repeat the layers.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
    Very colorful and good.
