Tuna Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/8 oz.) cans tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. minced pimento
3 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Combine tuna with soup.
Soak crumbs in milk and add to tuna mixture, pimento, parsley, seasoning and eggs.
Mix thoroughly. Place in greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
