Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes (approximately 6 medium)
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    pinch of garlic powder (optional)
    1/2 stick oleo
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender and drain well.
    Add all ingredients, except oleo.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Add oleo.
    Spoon into greased casserole.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May be made several days ahead and kept in refrigerator.
    Bake when ready to serve.
