Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. vanilla
    Cream Cheese Frosting
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in large bowl of mixer; mix until well blended.
    Add oil, then eggs, one at a time.
    Then add nuts, carrots and vanilla; mixing well.
    Grease a Bundt pan thoroughly.
    Pour in mixture and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake springs back when touched lightly.
    Cool in pan.
    Remove and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
