Mexican Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    red chili powder to taste
    1 medium bag corn chips
    2 small cans kidney or pinto beans
    2 c. Longhorn cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; add salt, pepper and garlic salt. Sprinkle flour over meat; mix lightly.
    Add tomato sauce, water and chili powder.
    Layer corn chips, beef, beans and cheese in large baking dish until all ingredients are used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
