Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pineapple
    1 lb. cherries
    4 c. pecans, chopped
    5 eggs
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. cake flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cut cherries in fourths and pineapple in small pieces.
    Mix flour with fruits, nuts and vanilla.
    Mix eggs, butter and sugar. Pour over fruit mixture.
    Mix well.
    Grease and flour tube pan. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
