Meat Loaf Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 c. shredded, raw potatoes
    1 egg
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 pkg. crescent rolls
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine meat, potatoes, catsup, onion, salt, pepper and egg. Mix well.
    Press meat mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Drain off excess fat. Separate dough into 8 triangles.
    Arrange triangles over partially baked meat crust.
    Return meat pie to oven for 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses.
    Bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
