Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. grated celery
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. dry mustard
    1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/2 c. light cream
    3 c. diced chicken
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    In 2-quart saucepan, melt 1/3 cup margarine; add onion, carrots, celery and parsley.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Blend in flour, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Gradually stir in chicken broth and cream, keeping smooth.
    Cook until mixture comes to a boil.
    Stir in chicken and rice.
    Turn into ungreased casserole.
    Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
