Tuna Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tuna
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3/4 c. rice
    1/4 c. milk
    2 beaten egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    2 tsp. instant minced onions
    2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Break tuna in chunks; combine with half the soup, rice, milk, egg yolks, lemon juice, pimento and onions.
    Fold in egg whites. Turn into greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until set.
    Cut in 6 squares.
    Serve with Parsley Sauce.
