Mushroom Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) beef consomme or 10 1/2 oz. water and 3 beef cubes
1 1/2 c. water
4 oz. can mushroom pieces
1/2 stick margarine
1 packet onion soup mix
Preparation

Melt margarine
and add remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil; reduce heat, cover
and
cook over low heat until rice is done.
