Chi Chi'S Chile Con Queso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. half and half
1 sweet pepper, chopped in small pieces
2 small green peppers, chopped in small pieces
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can chopped green chiles
1 can peeled jalapeno peppers, chopped
tortilla chips
Preparation

Melt cheese and half and half in double boiler (may add more half and half until desired consistency).
Boil peppers until soft.
Add to melted cheese.
Add garlic powder, green chilies and jalapenos.
Stir until mixed well.
Put in crock-pot to keep warm. Serve with tortilla chips.
