Cracked Glass Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. margarine
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1 pkg. orange Jell-O
1 pkg. grape Jell-O
1 c. hot pineapple juice
1 small pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. whipping cream, whipped (note: do not use Cool Whip)
Preparation

Mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine and press in bottom and sides of pan (spring-form).
Mix each flavor of gelatin with 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
Let set completely. Cut into
cubes.
Mix hot pineapple juice with unflavored gelatin and 1/4 cup cold water; add to whipped cream.
Gently fold in gelatin squares until completely mixed and pour into shell; refrigerate until firm.
