Chicken Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and chopped
8 oz. bow tie pasta
1/2 c. chopped Vidalia onions
1 each green, yellow and red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1 bunch fresh broccoli flowerets
1/4 c. fresh sweet basil leaves
1/4 c. extra light olive oil, divided
salt and pepper
grated parmesan cheese
Preparation

In a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
Add approximately 2 tbsp. olive oil and chopped basil leaves to pasta and toss.
Set aside.
