Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sweet potatoes (peeled and cooked)
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs (well beaten)
    1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Makes 2 deep dish or 3 small pies.
