Beef And Bacon Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. rolled oats
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. powdered mustard
1/2 bacon slice (per meatball)
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. tomato juice or beef or chicken stock
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, rolled oats, chopped onion, powdered mustard, salt and pepper.
Shape into meatballs.
Wrap each meatball in a half-slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
