Boneless Pork Loin Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless pork loin
    garlic cloves
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cut knife holes every 2 inches across top of meat (fat side up).
    Place 1 clove of garlic in each hole.
    Cover completely all sides of meat with salt; cover with pepper.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes per pound (medium rare).
