Ingredients

1 c. unsifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. dried apricots, cut up
1/2 c. soft margarine or softened butter
1 egg, beaten
2 c. raisin bran
Preparation

Measure flour, sugar and soda into bowl and mix.
Add apricots, butter and egg.
Stir until well blended.
Stir in cereal.
Drop by teaspoons, 3 inches apart, on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned but still soft.
