Creamed Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Cup Yellow Corn Meal
3/4 Cup Flour
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
3/4 Cup Fat Free Milk
1 Egg or 1/4 Cup Egg Substitute
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 Small Can Cream-Style Corn
Preparation

Mix first five ingredients with wire whisk.
In another bowl, mix last 4 ingredients and add to dry ingredients, mixing lightly. Pour into buttered or sprayed 9 inch round pan or 9 inch round black skillet.
If using skillet, get it hot first in 450 degree oven.
