Strawberry-Banana Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. frozen strawberries (no syrup)
    1/2 ripe banana
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. plain non-fat yogurt
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender.
    Add a few ice cubes; whip until smooth.
    Freeze what you don't use.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Per serving:
    50 calories and 1 g. fat.
