Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oil and eggs and beat.
    Add the dry ingredients and beat, then add the carrots and nuts and beat again.
    Put into 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured, and bake at 350\u00b0 until done, about 1 hour.
