Sourdough Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 envelope active dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix
    flour,
    yeast,
    sugar and salt in large bowl.
    Add water and beat until smooth.
    Cover with towel and set in warm (80\u00b0 to 85\u00b0) place (kitchen or other warm room in summer;
    in oven with oven
    light on in winter).\tStir 2 to 3 times a day for 3
    days until
    starter
    is\tbubbly\tand produces a yeasty aroma.
