Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw rice
    2/3 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. green onion, chopped
    1/3 c. parsley (fresh)
    1/4 Mazola margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    4 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake without stirring in a 2-quart casserole dish with a tight fitting cover for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Remove cover and toss as seasoning stays on top.
    Serve hot.
