Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2-8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. each green pepper, celery, and onion, chopped
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. white horseradish or dijon mustard
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix all together and round into a ball; chop pecans to cover cheese ball if desired.
