Low-Fat Rascranberry Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. whole cranberries, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
    8 oz. pkg. low-fat cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
    1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 apple, diced
    2 c. low-fat Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain juice from pineapple.
    Add enough water to make 2 cups liquid.
    Bring liquid to a boil, add to Jell-O in large bowl. Chill until almost set.
