Alsatian Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork tenderloins
    1 lb. German sausage
    8 bacon strips*
    1 jar kraut
    2 medium onions, halved
    3 large potatoes, quartered
    3 to 4 carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 turnips, halved
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    Mrs. Dash regular seasoning
    1 c. water
Preparation
    *If no bacon, can use bacon bits.
