Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. arm or boneless chuck roast
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 bay leaf
3 to 4 peppercorns
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Put roast in crock-pot and pour sauce with seasonings over it. Add enough water to come within 1-inch of the top of the roast. Cook on high all day.
Eat with hard rolls and use sauce for dipping sandwich.
