Tipsy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. dried mint
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/3 c. bourbon
1 c. onions, coarsely chopped
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
1 c. chicken stock
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped fresh mint
Preparation

Split chicken breasts lengthwise and pound thin between two sheets of waxed paper.
On another sheet of waxed paper, combine flour, dried mint, salt and pepper.
Lightly dredge the pounded chicken breasts in mixture. Shake off excess flour.
