Sauteed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (skin and bone removed)
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    2 chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. red raspberry vinegar
    1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Heat vegetable oil and butter in heavy skillet.
    Saute chicken breasts over medium-high heat for 5 to 10 minutes each side. Transfer to plate and keep warm.
    Add green onions to pan and cook gently for 1 minute.
    Stir in 2 tablespoons vinegar, then quickly stir in 1/2 cup cream.
    Boil gently for 1 minute.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Spoon over warm chicken breasts and serve.
