Salsa Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. picante sauce (mild or hot to your liking)
1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Form mixture into 6 to 8 patties; layer patties in aluminum foil and refrigerate to firm them up. Broil, grill or bake to desired doneness.
