Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cranapple juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 large beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients together, then add juice, oil, egg and vanilla.
Fold in cranberries.
Grease the loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
