Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
butter (size of walnut)
2 eggs, separated
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
pinch of salt
1 lemon
Preparation
-
Cream sugar and butter; add egg yolks, flour, salt, juice and rind from lemon.
Add milk and beaten egg whites.
Pour into 8 or 9-inch pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
