Crispy Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. frozen egg substitute, thawed
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked
    1 1/2 c. corn flakes cereal
    Vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Cream margarine, gradually add sugars,
    beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
    Add egg substitute and vanilla; beat well.
    Combine flour and next 2 ingredients, stirring well.
    Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, mixing well.
    Stir in oats and cereal.
    Drop dough by level tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto cookie sheets coated with cooking spray.
