Hamburger Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean hamburger meat
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt (do not substitute regular salt)
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. fresh grated onion or dry onion flakes
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    In large bowl, put hamburger meat.
    Sprinkle other ingredients over the top.
    If you use onion flakes, soak them in the water for a few minutes.
    Mix well.
    Shape into rolls the size of Ritz crackers.
    Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
    Remove from foil; place on pan.
    Let set at room temperature while oven heats to 350\u00b0.
