Pine Forest Country Club'S Famous Fudge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. (2/3 stick) butter or oleo
3 sq. (3 oz.) unsweetened baking chocolate
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. broken pecans
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Melt butter and chocolate together in top of double boiler over low heat or microwave oven. Meanwhile, place eggs in mixing bowl and beat until light.
Beat in sugar, salt and vanilla.
Add chocolate mixture (slightly cooled) and pecans.
Mix thoroughly and pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Top should be crusty and somewhat soft. Serve plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
