Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish.
Top with 1 package of Ritz crackers, crushed.
Pour 1/2 stick melted margarine over crackers.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
