Chicken Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chicken
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    3 large slices bread, torn into pieces
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Combine chicken and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Pour milk over bread. Mix. Allow to soak 10 minutes.
    Add to chicken with onion and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 10 or 12 oval patties.
    Cook slowly in nonstick skillet until cooked through and browned.
    Serve with Mushroom Sauce.
