Marinated Beef Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 lb. sirloin tip, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
    2 large green peppers, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
    1/2 lb. fresh mushroom caps
    12 cherry tomatoes
    12 small onions
    hot cooked rice (optional)
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients; stir well.
    Add meat.
    Cover; marinate 12 hours in refrigerator, turning meat occasionally. Remove meat from marinade, reserving marinade.
    Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers.
    Grill over medium coals 15 to 20 minutes, or until desired degree of doneness, basting with marinade.
    Serve with rice, if desired.
    Yields 12 servings.
