Ingredients

1 qt. fig preserves
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. oil
3 medium eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix figs, sugar, oil and eggs.
Add the mixtures together and bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
Put a pan of water on the lower shelf and it will help keep it from getting too brown on the bottom and drying out.
