Chai Blend(A Traditional Indian Blend) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 English or Irish Breakfast tea bags
8 whole cloves
1/4 tsp. ground cardamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 pint half and half or condensed milk
honey or sugar as sweetener
Preparation

Prepare a strong tea by steeping tea bags in 4 cups boiling water. Steep 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags.
Add cloves, cardamon and ginger and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add half and half or milk and sweeten to taste.
This may also be cooled and served over ice.
