Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef pot roast
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can French onion soup
    1/4 c. water
    2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown beef; pour off fat.
    Add soup.
    Cover; cook over low heat 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is done.
    Stir occasionally.
    Blend water into flour until smooth; slowly stir into sauce.
    Cook, stirring, until thickened.
