Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
2 slices bread, crusts removed
milk

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, moistening with a little milk.
Fry quickly.
Makes 8 patties.
