Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
pecans (to cover bottom of pastry shell)
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Place coarsely chopped nuts in unbaked pastry shell.
Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6 to 8.
