Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo corn syrup
    1 c. roasted salted peanuts
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2-quart bowl, mix together sugar and syrup and microwave on High for 4 minutes.
    Take out of microwave and stir in peanuts.
    Microwave for 3 to 5 minutes until brown.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Blend well.
    Microwave 1 to 2 minutes (should be lightly brown).
    Add baking soda and stir until frothy.
    Pour into Pammed cookie sheet and cool.
