Apple Nut Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 egg, well beaten

Preparation

Beat egg well.
Add sugar and heat.
Add rest of dry ingredients and apples, nuts and vanilla.
Serve with Cool Whip, ice cream or other topping.
