Tasty Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated American cheese
    6 hamburger buns
Preparation
    Place meat and onions in a heavy skillet and lightly brown. Add celery, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Stir until cheese is melted. Cool in the refrigerator.
    Butter one side of the bun and mustard on the other side.
    Fill with the cooled mixture.
    Wrap each in foil.
    Heat in a 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until hot.
