Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) bag Birds Eye frozen farm fresh mixtures, thawed and drained*
    1 1/3 c. French's French fried onions, divided (2.8 oz. can)
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
Preparation
    *Broccoli, cauliflower, red pepper or broccoli, onions and mushrooms.
