Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon, drained
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and mix well with hands; form into patties and roll each into fine cracker crumbs.
    Fry on both sides in medium hot skillet with 2 tablespoons oil until golden brown.
