Strawberry Nut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 bananas, mashed
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in water.
Add strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
Pour half this mixture in glass baking dish. Refrigerate until firm.
Evenly spread sour cream over mixture. Gently spoon remainder of strawberry mixture over sour cream and refrigerate.
