Cheese And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 medium potatoes
    5 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    1 jar Cheez Whiz (16 oz.)
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    In large boiler, boil potatoes until fork-tender (do not overcook).
    Drain and pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    In saucepan, melt butter.
    Stir in flour and milk; heat over medium heat.
    Add cheese; heat until melted.
    Pour over potatoes, covering well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
